Over the years, we have found crystals to be a great support for the
organs and their essence. In our book Let Your Body Speak, Walter and
Andrea von Holst and their understanding of crystals enriched the
presentation of the organs. Now, as we work with the Body Healing
Cards, crystals offer further valuable assistance.
The crystals
Walter and Andrea have chosen are
best worn as a pendant
for a period of time in order to intensify the effect of a solution and
enhance our awareness of the corresponding essence of an organ.
For every organ, two crystals are mentioned. Please only take
one—the one you feel most attracted to. However, should
another
crystal not mentioned here suggest itself to you, then definitely, this
one is the right one to use. You can look up the crystal’s
properties in one of the many available crystal-healing guidebooks to
discover which aspect of an organ principle is attempting to find its
way through this crystal into consciousness and into your life.
